WYBS has a Code of Conduct that all players, coaches, parents, and spectators are required to follow.

If an incident occurs during a game or practice that violates that Code of Conduct, the WYBS Safety Officers should be contacted. All submissions are confidential and will be handled with the utmost respect for the people involved.

If an injury to a player, coach, umpire, spectator, etc. occurs during a game, an injury form must be completed. 
Even if you just applied an ice pack to an elbow, WYBS needs to have a record of it.
